Everyone kitchen island carts was in a good mood and it was truly a day that people had been looking forward to! We celebrated the day with the others on the remaining center, and when we came, they were well on the way to wash, take their new clothes, and not least dye their hair black. Very ironic ... The sheep which we had named Boggie, had been slaughtered and was enjoyed for lunch.
Kl. 15:00 started the celebration similarities so. HCE / WSG's employees and friends of the family were invited and all were given a t-shirt. The afternoon program consisted of prayer, stories, speeches, drama etc.. Frederick and I had the day before, rehearsed the first two rounds of Les Lanciers with 6 of the balance center's boys that we would make. There are just so by the fact that it is to rally the troops and actually be the same 8 men gathered at the same time is rather a challenge here, and when of good reasons to be 8 to lanciers we were unfortunately not raised the "traditional kitchen island carts Danish dance", as we called it.
The evening ended with bonfires, singing and enjera outside and I'm sure the Ethiopians party continued late into the evening. We even took home when the opportunity presented itself, for it is to celebrate kitchen island carts the New Year in mid-September, it's good enough little strange ... :)
